Terms & Conditions - ElizVbeth Jørgensen

1. General
   These terms apply to all orders of made-to-measure garments, alterations and other services provided by ElizVbeth Jørgensen.

By placing an order, the client accepts these terms.

2. Orders and Agreement
   An order is considered confirmed when:

• the design / assignment has been agreed upon
• a price estimate has been provided
• any required deposit has been received

All orders are binding once confirmed.

3. Pricing
   All prices are listed in NOK.

For made-to-measure garments:

• prices are indicative (starting from)
• final price depends on design, materials and hours of work

For alterations:

• price is estimated prior to work
• changes may affect the final price

4. Payment
   For made-to-measure garments:

• 50% deposit upon order
• remaining balance due before delivery

For alterations:

• payment is due upon collection / delivery

Work will not commence until the deposit has been paid.

5. Materials
   Material costs are included in the agreed price unless otherwise specified.

For special orders of fabrics or lace, additional charges may apply.

6. Fittings and Adjustments
   The number of fittings is agreed individually.

It is the client’s responsibility to:

• attend fittings at the agreed time
• provide accurate information regarding fit and preferences

Changes after design approval may result in additional costs.

7. Cancellation and Withdrawal
   Made-to-measure garments:

• are not eligible for cancellation once work has commenced
• deposits are non-refundable

In case of cancellation after work has started:

• the client is responsible for payment of completed work
• material costs must be fully covered

8. Delivery Time
   Delivery time is agreed individually.

Delays may occur due to:

• changes during the process
• missed or delayed fittings
• delayed delivery of materials

9. Alterations
   For alterations of existing garments:

• results depend on the construction of the garment
• the client will be informed of any limitations

ElizVbeth Jørgensen cannot guarantee a perfect result if the garment has technical limitations.

10. Liability
    ElizVbeth Jørgensen is not responsible for:

• incorrect measurements provided by the client
• body changes after the final fitting
• damage to older or delicate materials

11. Collection and Storage
    Finished garments must be collected at the agreed time.

Garments not collected within a reasonable time may incur:

• storage fees

12. Consignment
    ElizVbeth Jørgensen may offer consignment sales of garments upon agreement.

This includes:

• the garment is sold on behalf of the client
• commission is agreed individually
• no guarantee of sale

13. Privacy
    Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
